Great cleansing power! I switched from a gel cleanser to this oil formula, and it doesn't feel heavy at all. It rinses away beautifully with water too. I thought this had gentle ingredients and have been using it all this time, but it turns out it doesn't. I'm really disappointed. I originally bought this for exfoliation, and I'm genuinely thrilled with both the cleansing and exfoliating results. After using BHA and AHA to exfoliate, my skin tends to become sensitive and I actually end up with more flaky patches, so I use this oil cleanser to remove them and it works wonderfully. It even tackles those stubborn, thick layers of dead skin that build up on inflamed acne spots. What I love most is that after using the oil cleanser, my skin feels fresh and clean—not sticky or slippery at all. When I exfoliate with this, apply my regular skincare products, and go to bed, I wake up with baby-soft, glowing skin. It's amazing. I honestly have no complaints—I'm that satisfied with it. Just so you know, the non-mild version is apparently quite sticky, so be aware of that. If you have oily yet sensitive skin, I'd recommend trying what I do: use an oil cleanser to dissolve sebum and blackheads rather than stripping your skin. It's been a game-changer for me. On exfoliation days, I massage it gently onto my bare face using rolling motions to peel. The price is affordable and it feels so light in hand. The rolling application is incredibly smooth compared to other products, so I keep coming back to it. I really can't think of any downsides. Most makeup products remove cleanly without irritation, and it was even safe if it got in my eyes The makeup applies and removes without any tightness, which I really liked, so everything was fine

Plus, there's no strong fragrance, which I appreciate. I started breaking out just two days into using this product. I thought maybe it was a coincidence, but after a week of dealing with it, I gave up and went back to my trusty Shiseido Shu Uemura. I was having trouble finding a good cleansing oil while abroad, so I decided to try this as an alternative and I'm really happy with it! I'm actually using it as a set with their cleansing foam too. I wish they had provided more detailed explanations about the differences between the mild and sensitive formulas.
