Review written after using 2 bottles from June to September 2025. Skin type: combination with dry patches, extremely sensitive, prone to allergies, whiteheads, and light age spots on the cheekbones. Spreadability: 5 out of 5 stars. Absorption: 4 out of 5 stars. Skin irritation: 4 out of 5 stars. Moisturizing power: 3 out of 5 stars. Scent: 2 out of 5 stars. This product has a lightweight emulsion texture. While it contains citric acid, which isn't ideal for sensitive skin, I barely experienced any irritation. My skin tone noticeably brightened. Niacinamide offers both brightening benefits and sebum control, making this an excellent cream alternative for troubled and oily skin types. It's particularly great for hot, humid summers when using oil-rich creams feels too heavy. However, those with dry skin should skip this one as the hydration level falls short. For body use, I'd recommend limiting it to problem areas and oily zones only, as it can feel quite drying elsewhere. The scent isn't terrible, but it's definitely not pleasant. I'm using the 5% niacinamide without any irritation, and it's working great for me. I'd definitely recommend this as a starter product if you're new to niacinamide! The scent is a bit unusual, and honestly, I'm not a fan of the smell. Other than that, there's nothing else to complain about.
