The fragrance is sophisticated and lovely, which really lifts my mood during my shower. I think the price is fair for this size. I don't really have any complaints. That said, if you're not a fan of strong scents, this might not be for you.

But at some point, whenever I used regular alkaline body washes from stores, I'd get incredibly itchy all over - my thighs, legs, back, basically everywhere - right before bed. The itching was so intense that once I started scratching, it would just get worse and worse, turning red and swollen, and I couldn't sleep. I was really struggling until I searched online and found out that the dryness was the culprit, so I needed to switch to a pH-balanced body wash. That's when I started looking for one, and I found this product with tons of reviews and amazing ingredients, so I decided to give it a try. First of all, the itching stopped almost immediately after switching to this body wash. It has a clear gel texture and creates a nice lather really easily. After showering, I don't even need to apply body lotion separately - there's no dryness or tightness at all. Like other pH-balanced body washes, it's a bit gentler on cleansing compared to alkaline ones, but the finish feels really moisturizing. If you love that squeaky-clean feeling, this might not be for you. I'd recommend it more for dry skin types than those with very oily skin. During winter, I apply body lotion after using this, but in other seasons, I'm totally fine without it - no dryness whatsoever. Honestly, I switched body washes because of the unbearable itching, but around the time I'd used about a third of the first bottle, the back acne and shoulder acne that I wasn't even expecting to improve just completely disappeared. I was like, "Wait, what?" and when I looked more carefully, I saw it contains 40% centella asiatica extract? That's amazing! I finished an entire 1000ml bottle of the White Musk scent on my own, and now I'm repurchasing and using the hypoallergenic Ylang Ylang version. Personally, I think the White Musk scent smells better, haha. Once I finish the Ylang Ylang, I'm planning to switch back to White Musk. Since it's a large size, I'm not sure when I'll finish it, but now my parents are using it too, so it'll probably go faster, haha. I decided to buy this because the formula is really solid and the price point is totally reasonable. The scent is lovely and the texture is so smooth - I'm really happy with it! There's nothing majorly wrong with it, but if I had to nitpick, the pump dispenser doesn't give you great control over how much product comes out. I absolutely love how this formula is free from harmful ingredients and smells amazing. I usually notice my skin gets really dry during winter, but this product keeps it feeling soft and comfortable instead. I wish there were smaller size options available. I really love that all the ingredients have a safe rating except for the fragrance component. The lather is fantastic and creates a nice rich foam. The scent is floral and quite pleasant. After washing, my skin feels comfortable without any tightness. I used Dr. Bronner's before, and while it leaves that squeaky-clean finish with no residue, it's quite drying and causes that uncomfortable tight feeling, so I had to use a body moisturizer every winter. This product is different though—even after rinsing with water, there's a silky, smooth feeling that lingers. If you love that squeaky-clean sensation, you might find this a bit slippery, but the trade-off is less tightness and a moisturized finish that lasts. I think this is actually better for winter! It really depends on your preference—what's a pro for one person could be a con for another. When I used it on my hands, I wasn't as impressed, so I wouldn't recommend it as a hand wash. I tend to use too much product, and when I apply it to my hands, the scent lingers too strongly and doesn't fade away like it does on my body. Plus, I'm not a fan of that slippery residue on my hands, so I'd skip it for hand washing. (On my body, the scent doesn't linger strongly after washing and fades away nicely—though this could be because I'm using the right amount.) One more thing: I used to get irritation on sensitive areas when using those squeaky-clean products, but this one is gentle and soothing with no irritation at all. I think guys with oily skin and lots of oil buildup on their back might not love this in the summer. It works great for me since I have dry skin, though!
