The texture is rich and creamy, and it applies beautifully. It feels gentle on my skin, and I use it around my eyes and lips without needing a separate eye cream - I just layer it on and gently press it in until it absorbs completely. The consistency is perfectly thick and nourishing without feeling greasy, and the moisturizing power is incredible. The scent is basically unscented with just a hint of vitamin E. I use it year-round except in summer when I switch to a hydrating gel formula. The main downside is that it's only available through direct purchase from abroad. The price has increased significantly - I used to buy it for around 10 dollars, but now it's over 20 dollars. While the jar is generously sized, I'm concerned about hygiene since it comes in a jar format rather than a pump. I also can't find the expiration date on the packaging, which is frustrating - I'm not sure if it's just not printed or if I'm missing it. For very dry skin, I recommend layering it 2-3 times for extra hydration. This cream works wonderfully as a substitute for a regenerating treatment cream, even on sensitized skin.
