If you have cool undertones, this is perfect for you! It's absolutely amazing as a lip base! The shade is a nude pink that doesn't look harsh or unflattering on the lips. The formula applies so smoothly! I really loved that the angled tip design lets you cover your entire lip with the wider surface, making application super easy! The product dispenses quite a bit from the tip, so it was tricky to control the amount I was using. The application feels incredibly smooth, and I didn't experience any dry patches or texture issues at all. The final result has this lovely soft, velvety feel! The color payoff is definitely there—I'd say it's quite strong, which I really appreciated. The main drawback is that product tends to transfer onto the tip during application, though I found it easy to control the amount by wiping it back into the container, so it wasn't a major inconvenience for me. Since it's a cool tone, I grabbed it right away. It feels like such a rare find that I can barely get anymore, so I'm just really happy about it! The case texture is pretty unique. They said it came out with a vintage concept, which makes it feel even more special and rare. I'm loving that aspect. And the color? I'm even more into it than I expected. This accent shade is absolutely stunning and really turns heads! Personally, it's not my go-to pick, but I have to say the staying power is impressive and I think a lot of people would absolutely love it. It has this lovely rosy undertone that's really pretty. If you use it as an accent color, you'll get this bright, luminous glow that's super flattering under artificial lighting. If you're into that radiant, lit-from-within look, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try! It didn't work as well for me as I expected, but since so many people seem to really enjoy it, I can't say it's a miss. Use it as an accent color!

This toned-down pink is such a rare find. (Similar shade: Romand Mood Layer Velvet Tint 03 # Shameless Grape) This blur tint isn't overly drying The color payoff is subtle, not intense The formula glides on so smoothly It has a refreshing, nostalgic scent that's delicately present I was drawn to this product because of its diverse color range, so I decided to give it a try! Comparing it to Romand's other line, the Blur Fudge Tint, the Zero Velvet Tint feels more nourishing and applies with a silkier finish, though it does transfer more. I genuinely love both lines! The color payoff is moderate rather than bold, and the wear time is average. As I mentioned, there is noticeable transfer, especially on the applicator tip, so you'll definitely need to control the amount at the opening. Despite this, I'm completely smitten with how smoothly it applies and its universally flattering warm-cool balanced shade, so I'll definitely be reaching for this often! As a fun note, this is from the Zero Velvet Tint's Vintage Filter line, and the packaging texture actually feels like an iPad screen protector, which is such a unique touch I haven't experienced with other tints! The tint transfers quite a bit on the applicator tip, making it tricky to apply with a light hand (controlling the amount at the opening is essential!) There's definitely noticeable transfer (but that's just how velvet tints are, so it's unavoidable) I've been using this shade a lot to create gradient lip looks!

It doesn't have too much gray undertone, so it's a super wearable pink shade that doesn't feel heavy. I'd totally recommend it to anyone with cool undertones! Since it has a dry, powdery texture, it does tend to emphasize any flaky patches, so you'll definitely want to exfoliate and prep your skin before applying it.
