The color payoff is absolutely gorgeous, and it looks stunning on cool undertones. The highlighter especially performs beautifully on both the cheeks and nose, giving such a flattering glow. I really appreciate how easy it is to apply, even for beginners like me. I'd definitely repurchase this. There's a bit of powder fallout, but honestly, it's not worse than other blushes out there. The blush has such a beautiful color payoff! I'd definitely recommend it for anyone with cool undertones, especially during summer. Plus, the price point is really great. The highlighter part tends to go on a bit thick and patchy, so it's not easy to apply smoothly. I thought this was for cool undertones since I have a power cool tone, but I think it would work better for people with neutral or warm undertones who lean slightly cool. The left side is a blush and the right is a highlighter. The blush claims to be cool-toned, but it has a bit of a coral vibe, so it's kind of in-between—not quite cool enough to call it a true cool blush. The highlighter has that finely-milled, slightly grainy texture. But when you apply it, it blends out beautifully and subtly, so if you use both products with a light hand, they actually work really well together. If you're looking for an intensely cool tone, I'd skip this. But if you're on the fence between warm and cool undertones, go for it. I picked this up right after it came out at the store and gave it a try, but even as a blush, the color payoff was really disappointing. I'm someone who loves seeing vibrant color show up immediately, so I found it pretty inconvenient. On top of that, the highlighter doesn't have that beautiful, luminous finish I was hoping for. The highlighter also seemed pretty much the same as the number one shade, so there wasn't much difference between them. I didn't experience any breakouts, which is great, but the color intensity is quite weak. Plus, since I carry it around in my bag, it breaks way too easily.
