Application and Finish: Unlike typical hydrating toners that can feel sticky when applied, this product has zero stickiness and instead provides a refreshing, moisture-rich texture. The formula has a light yet substantial consistency, almost like applying a smooth sauce, so it glides effortlessly onto skin and absorbs beautifully. I normally use a cotton pad for my toning routine, but on drier days, this absorbs gently without any irritation, so I'll do about three layers. It works wonderfully even when I skip the cotton pad and pat it in with my hands. Skin Condition and Results After Use: I keep this in my bathroom and apply it right after showering or cleansing. The hydration lasts impressively long, and it seems to help the next products absorb even better, which I absolutely love. Irritation Level: I experienced zero breakouts, stinging, or redness during use, so I can apply it with complete confidence. Texture: This formula has a cream cheese-like density while still feeling silky smooth. Lather and Finish: What I love most about Ground Plan Foam Cleanser is that even a tiny amount creates rich, bouncy bubbles. Thin, airy lather can't effectively cleanse away sebum, but this foam cleanser delivers a squeaky-clean, refreshing finish without any tightness. Cleansing Power: Except for tints, it thoroughly removes base makeup, lipstick, eyeshadow, and other targeted products. It's so effective that for thin base makeup or non-waterproof sunscreen, you could even use it as your first cleanse. This water skin has a subtle, understated fragrance that's really easy to use every day. I personally think Groundplan's packaging design is absolutely gorgeous! The container design makes it easy to spill, which makes it difficult to control how much product you dispense. Considering that drawback, the price feels a bit steep.

I really appreciate that it doesn't sting even if it gets near my eyes. I wish the price was better for the amount you get. I'm disappointed that they recently changed the packaging to an opaque bottle.

My redness and breakouts have completely disappeared overall. I've been using it for 5 years, even before the reformulation. After makeup cleansing, it's incredibly effective at removing any leftover residue. My younger brother also uses it on a cotton pad as an exfoliating toner and finds it works great for his breakout-prone skin. He's not typically into skincare, but he's been consistently using it as an exfoliating toner ever since he saw the results. Nothing really. When I first bought it, I hesitated because I thought the price was a barrier to entry for an unfamiliar product. It felt expensive to buy both the mist and the skin together. But after using it for about a month and seeing how noticeably my skin improved, I realized that at this price point, it's actually worth considering even now when my skin is clear and trouble-free. The exfoliating toner can be a bit stimulating, so if you follow it up with the Groundplan Mist to calm and soothe your skin, the results are even better. I use it with a pump dispenser as an exfoliating toner and it's so gentle and works really well for my skin It doesn't dramatically transform my skin, but it doesn't make things worse either, so I'm happy using it
