I had such high hopes for this, but I was really disappointed with both the amount and the results. It looked like it was supposed to emulsify, but it didn't work properly, and I woke up the next day with two breakouts. The disappointing price combined with the skimpy amount is the biggest letdown. The cleansing power is underwhelming, and even though it's supposedly recommended for combination skin, it actually made my oiliness worse. Packaging and convenience: The included spatula stores neatly inside the jar for hygiene, and the flip-top lid is so much easier to use than twist-off containers. Overall: This is a fantastic cleansing balm with a lovely scent, impressive makeup-removing power, and a gentle formula that won't irritate sensitive eyes. I'm definitely making this my go-to cleanser from now on because it outperforms other options in both fragrance and ease of use. The price is quite steep, so I only picked it up during a sale. Otherwise, no complaints.
