The smooth formula melts beautifully in your hands and cleanses really effectively! It works wonderfully even for sensitive skin. I honestly can't believe this isn't more popular! I'm genuinely thrilled with how well this works for me. I can't speak to the mascara and eyeliner since I don't use those, but everything else removes makeup beautifully except for that incredibly pigmented tint. What I absolutely love most is how effectively it extracts oil and melts it away. When I roll it on, I can actually feel the sebum lifting away from my T-zone, and it's such a satisfying feeling! Even those stubborn whiteheads under my chin smooth out with a few rolls. That said, if I use too little product, I don't get as much oil extraction. The makeup removal works fine, but I don't get that satisfying sebum-pulling sensation unless I use about as much as shown in my photo. I also need to spend a good amount of time rolling it on—about five minutes of gentle rolling really gets the sebum flowing. Of course, all that rolling does create some friction, so I can't use it daily and space out my treatments. But when I do a thorough cleanse once and then follow up with careful daily cleansing, the sebum and whiteheads definitely come up more slowly! The scent is an aromatic herb fragrance that smells exactly like Aveeno's organic balm. It's fairly strong, but since it's an herbal aroma, it's not off-putting or nauseating. The texture is softer than other cleansing balms, so it melts incredibly smoothly! I grabbed this on Coupang for under 6,000 won not long ago, which made it an amazing value and boosted my satisfaction even more. But checking now, it looks like the price has gone up. I wish I'd stocked up back then! When I use a lot of product, even with thorough emulsifying, a lot of oil residue stays behind. A second cleanse is absolutely necessary. Since the oil sits on top of your skin like a film, I always finish with a pH-balanced soap to make sure it's completely clean. Also, blackheads that have been deeply embedded for a long time? They stay exactly the same. The bumpy texture on my nose disappears, but they don't extract the way sebum does from my T-zone. If you're buying this expecting it to tackle blackheads, you'll probably be disappointed. One more thing—the spatula that comes with it clips onto the lid, but it falls off constantly. It's always falling out.
