After giving birth, moisture seems to disappear from everywhere on my body, and there's barely a healthy spot left. It's such a blessing to have a skincare product I can apply without worry while holding my baby. I even bought two and gave one to a friend who was asking about lip balms. This is a genuine personal purchase that I'm sharing! It's pricey, and it wears down quickly if you use it frequently—the cost is the real issue. You really need to wait for a sale to buy it. This moisturizer is absolutely fantastic! It hydrates beautifully, spreads so smoothly on the skin, feels gentle and non-irritating, and doesn't leave any sticky residue. I love that it's fragrance-free too. It's super convenient to use, and the packaging design is sleek and minimal. The price point is a bit steep for me. It seems like they rarely offer discounts, which is a shame.

Vì có dạng que nên rất tiện lợi khi xoay để sử dụng. Mở và đóng cũng dễ dàng lắm. Tôi không biết thành phần panthenol có tác dụng phụ hay không nên đã mua tới 2 cái. Nhưng sau khi sử dụng, tôi thấy môi có nhiều nếp nhăn hơn và khô hơn. My lips were really flaky and dry, but this product completely transforms them. It's such a perfect match for my needs. The texture is so smooth and easy to apply without any sticky feeling. I honestly can't find any downsides. The price point feels really fair considering how well it performs. After using it for a while, you might notice the product doesn't come up as easily anymore. I've been using this for about a month and it's truly my holy grail product. I'm going to use this forever, so I really hope it never gets discontinued! The ingredients are gentle, and when I apply it, it instantly calms down my flaky skin (I tend to have thicker dry patches). For a lip balm with this texture, the moisture really does last an impressively long time! I wouldn't really call it a downside, but since the formula is soft, it does disappear pretty quickly. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about! I make sure to use it after brushing my teeth for hygiene reasons. I was curious about Carmax since people kept raving about it, so I decided to give it a try. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised—it's actually pretty nice! Honestly, there's not much to complain about, but I've noticed that Carmax feels a bit thick when I use it. It's hard to say for sure, but that's my impression.

I was really struggling to find the right lip balm when this launched, so I checked the ingredients and decided to give it a try. My cheilitis was severe at that time with weeping and everything, but thanks to this lip balm, the weeping has completely stopped and my lips have returned to a relatively normal state. The swelling has almost completely gone down too. Even Vaseline would sting my lips, so this is the only lip balm that doesn't irritate them. For those with cheilitis looking for lip balm application tips, here's what I've learned: 1. Even though it's a stick balm, I warm it up by rubbing it in my hands until it softens, then apply it with the amount on my fingers → People with cheilitis have sensitive lips, so applying the stick directly causes friction and irritation 2. When applying with your fingers, use the minimum number of touches possible (just a light press on the lower and upper lips once each) → I used to apply it thoroughly with multiple touches, but the balm's texture caused thin, invisible flakes to shed. At first I didn't notice, but my outer lips started looking patchy and the flakes wouldn't heal even with the balm, getting redder instead. That's when I realized the issue. Especially after washing your face, if your lips aren't completely dry, flakes shed more easily, so I recommend waiting until they're fully dry before applying. 3. Don't apply it all over your lips every single day (if your lips feel moist and damp even after the water dries, you need to let them rest for a few days until they dry out again) → When flakes become moist from the balm, they shed at the wrong time, making lips more sensitive. In my case, weeping mainly happened inside larger flakes, and applying the balm too thickly and frequently was making the inside of the flakes too moist. When I was getting weeping every week, I realized this and started adjusting based on the situation to prevent flakes from getting too damp. After that adjustment, the cycle extended from one week to a whole month. Personally, when my lips are just dry and uncomfortable with some flakes, I skip the balm. I only apply it to specific areas when they're cracked and red from dryness or when they hurt from dryness, mainly at the corners of my mouth. It's not available, but it's absolutely perfect. I wish it were sold at Olive Young too, though it's fine if it's not. Please never discontinue this product and keep selling it without any reformulation. If you're struggling with cheilitis, I'd also recommend installing a filter on your sink faucet. Our tap water has rust issues so our filter needs replacing every two weeks, which makes my lips a bit red, but since we installed the filter for my cheilitis, my lips haven't gotten red after washing. This product keeps my skin beautifully hydrated and the moisture lasts for hours. I'm definitely buying it again next time. There's a slightly artificial scent, but honestly it's not bothersome enough to be a dealbreaker.
