I'm the type who prefers essence compacts over cushions, so I mainly buy and use Age20. Honestly, the compact's coverage isn't the strongest, but it delivers this beautiful luminosity and clarity across your entire complexion. Sure, some blemishes still peek through, but there's something about it that makes your skin look healthy and radiant—you know that fresh, glowing effect? If you have a dull skin tone or tend to look tired, this compact makes you look so alive and energized. The blemish coverage is basically nonexistent. The built-in puff would be so much better if it were an air puff instead. I always notice this, but the performance of the included puff just doesn't cut it for me. If you need more coverage, don't layer it on repeatedly. Instead, use a concealer on the areas that need it, then apply the compact lightly all over. This approach actually brings out the luminosity and clarity so much better, giving you that natural, polished finish.
