Usage - The first application involves pressing the needle head onto the skin, and while it claims to be gentle, there is a slight tingling sensation. After multiple applications, some redness appeared, but it wasn't overly irritating or burning. The redness fades quickly once you massage the serum in. The serum absorbs fast, or perhaps the formula is naturally less hydrating, because the skin starts to feel dry during massage and tugs a bit. This means the amount feels a bit insufficient if you keep squeezing out more serum while massaging. I used it 2-3 times a week for two weeks, and while I didn't notice significant pore-minimizing effects (probably because two weeks is too short), I definitely saw improved skin condition the morning after each use. My skin texture looks more refined, and there's a noticeable firmness to it. Makeup application also adheres much better. The compact size is convenient for portability, but the tube containing the serum is quite rigid, making it difficult to squeeze out the product. Constantly applying pressure while squeezing causes the printed design on the tube to peel off and get all over my hands. It would be better if you could switch to a softer, more flexible tube design. Toward the end, it's hard to squeeze out the remaining serum, so I find it easier to separate the head and apply the serum directly onto the head or skin for massage. This way it doesn't dry out as quickly, so the skin doesn't get pulled as much during the massage, which is much more comfortable. The head size is just right for massaging along the jawline and neck area.
