The value for money is excellent, and the cleansing power is really impressive. It feels gentle on the skin, and I absolutely love how pretty the packaging is. I find myself pumping quite a bit to get enough product. The lather doesn't seem to build up as well as I'd hoped.

I have an oily scalp and need to wash my hair once a day, and if I wash it in the morning, it stays fresh through the afternoon without getting greasy or itchy. My scalp feels so comfortable. It works well on my regular hair texture before perming. Usually when a shampoo is good for the scalp, it can damage the hair or make it feel stiff, but this one doesn't do that. I can rinse it right away or leave it a bit longer, and my hair stays in great condition either way. The lather is fantastic and the scent is lovely. Overall, it's a really satisfying product that delivers exactly what you'd expect. The value for money is excellent. The cooling effect is pretty weak. I specifically bought this because I wanted that refreshing cooling sensation for summer, and while it does feel fresh, it doesn't give you that true cooling kick I was hoping for. It makes damaged hair feel stiff. After I permed my hair, the lather isn't as rich and it's become harder to wash through. My scalp feels refreshed and squeaky clean after shampooing, which I absolutely love. This product is perfect for oily scalp types like mine. I rotate between several shampoos, but the Milk Baobab formula gives me the best value for money, so it's become my go-to choice. I didn't encounter any issues while using it. Thanks to the centella asiatica extract, which is known for its soothing properties, my scalp itching has really improved. The formula feels gentle on my scalp and cleanses beautifully, so I'm definitely planning to keep using it. I loved the fresh, herbal scent at first, but I wish the fragrance lasted longer. It fades too quickly, and I'd really appreciate if the scent had more staying power. Squeaky clean with rich, luxurious lather from front to back
