Right now, I've mostly cleared up the pustular breakouts—I only have about one—but instead I'm dealing with dryness that's brought on congestion across my cheeks. The internal dehydration has improved as the weather warmed up, but I still have some surface tightness, which makes my makeup sit a bit oddly. Plus, my entire face has redness from breakouts (I often get flat, red bumps rather than anything that can be squeezed or that protrudes), and this redness is pretty widespread. I naturally have scarring across my cheeks and jawline from past breakouts. My baseline is cheeks with congestion, scarring, a couple of small pustules, and overall redness.
