This is really great for dry skin, but I don't think it would work well for oily skin types. I don't like how sticky it feels. It would be better if it were less tacky, but honestly I'm not sure about this one. I was Bael Lo Yeo Young.

There was a day when my skin was completely compromised, and out of curiosity, I added this product to my regular routine. I was amazed at how quickly my skin bounced back in just 2-3 days! My skin texture became incredibly soft and smooth, almost like a baby's skin, and felt completely clear. After that experience, I experimented with different combinations and discovered the perfect pairing. Throughout this summer, on days when I'm not testing new products, I've been using this daily morning and night as part of my recovery routine. Here's my winning combination: 1. Green tea toner (morning essence, evening sheet mask) 2. Procollagen multi-peptide booster ampoule plus milk thistle repair serum (1:1 ratio or layered separately) 3. Milk thistle repair cream (one layer) 4. Cica barrier cream capsules (light application in the morning, generous at night) On top of this, when my skin is doing well, I sometimes apply niacinamide 10% or 20% ampoule to my nose and T-zone for pore care, and other times I use tranexamic acid toning cream on areas with discoloration. I adjust my routine based on my skin's condition, managing both brightening and pore care. If using this alone, I'd only recommend it for those with combination to oily skin, especially during seasonal transitions. The formula hits that perfect sweet spot - it's not sticky at all, but it's not too light either. I think it works beautifully for every skin type, and when I used it on sensitive skin, there was absolutely no stinging or irritation whatsoever! The dropper dispenses such a tiny amount that I have to pump it multiple times, which is honestly pretty inconvenient.

When you apply it to the cheek and eye area instead of the T-zone, it feels wonderfully hydrating and moisturizing Be careful with this product because it's quite rich and oily, otherwise you might experience breakouts or irritation

Since this is a repair product and contains milk thistle—an ingredient that's hard to find elsewhere—I decided to give it a try. I'll need to use it longer to really feel the soothing benefits, so I'm planning to add more to my routine later. The pump dispenser doesn't come up smoothly, which makes it annoying to use. I'm experiencing some skin irritation, especially a stinging sensation when it touches my problem areas. Personally, because of the stinging feeling, I apply it after using my toner and essence.

I've always preferred fragrance-free skincare basics, and it seems like all the Milk Thistle Repair line products are fragrance-free, so I'm really thrilled about that. The serum comes with a dropper, which makes it super hygienic and easy to control the amount you use. I simply dispense it onto my skin and massage it in gently until it absorbs. It glides on so smoothly and effortlessly that there's zero irritation. The results are immediate—my skin feels instantly hydrated, dewy, and silky smooth! I'd definitely recommend using the toner first to prep your skin, and then applying this serum. I have a feeling you'll notice even better results when you use them together. THE PRODUCT: Banobagi Milk Thistle Repair Serum (30ml) A powerful serum infused with Milk Thistle, Centella Asiatica, Panthenol, Adenosine, Niacinamide, Madecassoside, Peptides and Vitamin E to provide relief and defense to stressed skin while also nourishing it with essential nutrients. MY THOUGHTS: The Milk Thistle Repair Serum is a lightweight, milky serum that looks thick and creamy, but the moment it touches your skin, it transforms into a silky, watery texture that glides effortlessly across your face before absorbing completely without any greasy or sticky residue. It's completely fragrance-free and feels weightless on the skin. True to its promises, the serum works to calm, heal, and deliver hydration and nourishment to your skin. This brought quick relief to my irritated skin which appeared as bumps and itchiness that became noticeably smaller and eventually disappeared. My skin looked healthier with continued use and even now that it no longer requires this serum, I still love reaching for it. I absolutely adore that this has my ideal texture, finish and the ability to efficiently soothe and repair skin. I can see this one benefitting all skin types and working beautifully throughout the entire year. Dry skin might feel the need to layer on some extra hydrating products whereas I think those with combination and oily skin will be satisfied with the hydration this provides. However, do keep in mind that this functions more as a skin-soothing and repairing serum than a deeply hydrating one. I don't have any complaints about how the dropper works, but I can see how this could frustrate some users. Instead of squeezing a bulb, there's a raised button that you press to dispense a measured amount of product, which in this case is half a dropper. Pressing repeatedly won't give you more product. If you want more, you have to use up the amount you've already drawn, reinsert the dropper and repeat the process.
