After rinsing, my hair feels incredibly soft and calm. I have a sensitive scalp, and I'm impressed that this formula is gentle enough to use even on sensitive areas. The fragrance, ingredients, and overall feel are all wonderful—it's the perfect solution for caring for both sensitive scalp and damaged hair. The scent is lovely, and when I use it together with the shampoo, the fragrance lasts really well. I honestly can't find any downsides.
