I bought this because it's marketed as a shampoo for oily scalps. The formula feels like a regular shampoo, and it has a nice cooling effect, probably from the menthol. That said, if you have a sensitive scalp or seborrheic dermatitis, this might not be the best fit for you. When dealing with scalp inflammation, you really need to avoid anything too harsh, but my scalp actually felt worse on the days I used this. While it's labeled as a shampoo for oily scalps, it contains quite a few irritating ingredients that make it unsuitable for anyone with seborrheic dermatitis.

It does a nice job of removing oil buildup. I have extremely oily and sensitive skin, and this shampoo just wasn't right for me. Using it made my scalp incredibly itchy. When I use products that don't work for my scalp, I end up with seborrheic dermatitis, but this one seems perfectly suited for sensitive scalps! For oily scalp, thick hair, dense hair, frizz, and gray roots - my summer hair savior shampoo After being sick for a whole month, I finally made it to the salon and was shocked to hear that my scalp was damaged and I'd lost a lot of hair volume. That's when I decided to switch shampoos. 1. The value for money is absolutely incredible. When you think of clarifying shampoos for oily scalp, they're usually pricey and feel wasteful to use generously. But this one is so affordable that I don't hesitate to use three full pumps without guilt. 2. Even one wash leaves my scalp squeaky clean. I've heard that double shampooing can be too drying and bad for your scalp, so I try to get everything clean in one go. Most shampoos don't cut it, but this one delivers serious cleansing power in just a single wash. 3. The scent is wonderfully fresh and comforting. Scent is personal preference, but as someone who avoids anything too strong or heavy, I absolutely love this fragrance. 1. The bottle is quite wide, which makes it really awkward to fit on the edge of the bathtub. 2. It cleanses so thoroughly that on dry days, you can actually feel your scalp tightening from how much moisture it strips away. If you have dry hair, I'd skip this one. 3. I love that this shampoo feels less greasy compared to other regular shampoos! I used a different brand before, and this one is definitely better. My scalp doesn't feel itchy anymore and it leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean. My hair doesn't feel softer after using this. The fragrance feels a bit cheap, which is disappointing.
