It's convenient to take on the go and easy to carry with you. The taste is pretty decent too. I didn't really notice much of a difference with this one. Since there are so many other supplements I want to try, I'm not sure I'll repurchase it.

This is a probiotic that the whole family can enjoy, and because it's plant-based, you can feel confident taking it. Collagen products can be pricey, so I went with this option instead, and I'm really happy with it! The taste is great, and I love that it's plant-based. Being plant-based makes it even better, and honestly, there's nothing I'd change about it! I'd definitely buy it again.

Since my children have nasal allergies, I've noticed it seems to help them. Overall, the price point is pretty reasonable and standard. The downside is that it has a noticeably sweet taste. I was really drawn to the plant-based probiotics, and I have to say the taste is surprisingly pleasant with no off-putting flavors. It's pricier than I expected, which is a bit disappointing. I decided to try this because it's marketed as a skin probiotic. I noticed that I reliably break out once a month, and my skin gets really sensitive during that time too. So I started taking this regularly, hoping it would help during those difficult periods. To be honest, I'm not really seeing the results I hoped for. I've had great success with gut probiotics in the past, so I was really expecting this to work similarly...
