The taste is pretty neutral and works well for digestive health! A friend told me their skin improved after taking this probiotic, so I decided to try it too. Honestly, I didn't notice much of a difference for myself. I know I probably didn't take it consistently enough, but I paid quite a bit for it and I'm a little disappointed. It's pretty similar to regular probiotics! Lactofit has a slight grape flavor, but this one has more of a nutty, toasted taste to it.

My digestive system has always been stubborn, and most probiotics just don't seem to work for me. But after taking this one, I notice a real difference in how my digestion functions. I've learned that different strains work better for different people, and this one is clearly the right match for my body. The taste is pleasant too, and when it goes on sale, the price is really reasonable. I can only justify buying this during sales, so why does it seem like it's never available? Has it been discontinued?
