Super convenient to carry around. Easy to take without water, and I love that each packet is individually wrapped for grab-and-go simplicity. It's sweet overall, but the blueberry flavor has this nice subtle tartness that balances it out perfectly. Plus, the powder itself is such a pretty purple color! The powder amount per serving feels a bit light. I'm not sure if it's because there aren't enough probiotics, but honestly, I'm not seeing dramatic results. The value for money is fantastic, and I love that I can tear open individual packets and enjoy them without water. The taste is so good that I find myself reaching for more! I didn't notice any real results even after using it, and I'm disappointed that it only contains 1 billion probiotics. I tried this product because the taste was pleasant and the price seemed reasonable. I'm not entirely sure if I noticed dramatic results, but I enjoyed taking it with the hope that it would work well for me. I couldn't tell if this product actually delivered results. There's no real reason to choose this particular probiotic supplement when there are other options available.

I've been taking this probiotic supplement for over 3 years now. It tastes really good - honestly, it's the best-tasting probiotic I've ever tried. That's why I have no problem taking it regularly. They say it has 2 billion CFUs, but I haven't noticed dramatic results for constipation or diarrhea relief. CJ probiotics have such a delightfully sweet taste that I find myself reaching for them regularly without any hesitation. The flavor is really enjoyable and keeps me coming back for more. I'm happy with the price point, so I don't have any complaints there! That said, I haven't noticed any dramatic results from using it.
