I remember it had a refreshing yogurt flavor that was really pleasant. The product itself seems fine, though the price is a bit disappointing. That said, I find probiotic supplements in pill form to be more convenient than this format.

Honestly, it's hard to notice a real difference, so I find myself being inconsistent with it. The good news is that it comes in powder form and goes down smoothly when mixed with water. Both the probiotic and prebiotic supplements are powders, and remembering to take two servings every morning is more of a hassle than I expected. Prebiotics work wonderfully when you take them together with probiotics! The individual packets make it super convenient to take on the go or pop one whenever you need it. The price isn't really that affordable, to be honest. I learned that you should take prebiotics and probiotics together for better results, so I purchased this product. When you stack coupons and discounts, you can get it for a much better price! Honestly, I can't tell if there's really a difference between taking just probiotics alone versus this combination. It has a yogurt flavor and comes in a liquid formula, so you don't need water to swallow it. It tastes great and is so easy to take that there's no resistance to using it at all. There's nothing really wrong with it, but the price is a bit steep so it's hard to justify buying it regularly. That said, since I received it, I've been enjoying it.
