I can definitely use the bathroom comfortably once a day now I don't think weight loss comes from probiotics alone. The cost is hard on the wallet. Like most diet products, I can't really say if it helps with weight loss. My stomach does feel lighter though. I have trouble swallowing pills, and since this comes in pill form, it's uncomfortable to take.
