I've heard that lutein and omega work great together, and I love that this product combines both in one. It's easy to find anywhere, the price is really reasonable for what you get, and the capsules go down smoothly without any hassle. The only downside is that you need to take two capsules daily, which is a bit inconvenient.

It's better to take them one at a time
