Timing: There's no specific time you need to take your lutein supplement. I'd suggest taking it alongside your other vitamins and supplements whenever that works best for you. I tried this because it has slightly more lutein compared to lutein zeaxanthin products. The size and how it goes down are pretty similar. I picked this product up from Coupang because the price was so great, and I've been using it regularly. I can definitely notice that my eyes feel less dry and uncomfortable after taking it. I've been taking this for about three months now, and honestly, I can't find anything to complain about.
