I stumbled upon this product while searching for alternatives, and I'm really happy with it because it doesn't contain any harsh ingredients! I'd suggest using this just twice a week for the best results. This product motivated me to finally book a dermatologist appointment. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, I'd really recommend reconsidering this one. I couldn't find a gentle exfoliant that works for sensitive skin. Don't just slather this on your face even though it claims to be mild. I applied it with a light foam and ended up with redness, irritation, and what looked like tiny bumps everywhere. I ended up rushing to my dermatologist. It was a total disaster. If you have sensitive skin, please patch test this on a small area first before using it on your face. Honestly, just skip it altogether. I'm not entirely sure what I liked about it, but it does seem to exfoliate. However, it's quite harsh on my skin. It was too irritating for my skin, and my face felt itchy after using it. Since everyone's skin sensitivity is different, I'd recommend testing it on your hand first before applying it to your face. I have sensitive and dry skin, and I've been using this without any irritation as long as I follow the instructions carefully! When I use it long-term while keeping irritation to a minimum, I've noticed my whiteheads have really improved. Of course, you can't rely on just this product alone—the products you apply afterward play an important role too! The amount per use isn't huge, but since I only use it once or twice a week, it doesn't get used up quickly! It's been over three months and I'm still using it. I'd really recommend reaching out to their customer service to ask about the best way to use it. You can contact them through their official chat support! Since this is a scrub product, it could potentially irritate your skin. Depending on your skin condition, there might be stages where you shouldn't use it yet. Don't just buy it because others say it's great—if you've already purchased it or are thinking about using it, I'd suggest contacting them to ask about how to use it safely without irritation. Make sure to apply a soothing mask right after using it!

The next day, my forehead looked so smooth and radiant! Love it! The price is steep! That said, since I'm only planning to use a small amount on my forehead, this will last me a really long time. My nose clears up beautifully with just oil, so blackheads aren't even an issue for me. If you have sensitive skin, be careful with the granules on your cheeks—you could end up with irritation. I found my skin was getting scratched up. Now I use an enzyme powder for gentle exfoliation on my cheek area just once or twice a week. I really appreciate that I can experience both the enzyme and enzymatic exfoliation types at the same time. As someone with oily skin, this product definitely feels amazing. Dead skin cells come off really strongly??? Hmm, I'm not sure I'd call that a benefit My skin is on the sensitive side. I got this product as part of a treatment package. Right after using it, my skin became irritated and red with a rough, flaky texture. Since it's a scrub type, it seems to have been too harsh for me. I tried this product based on a recommendation and it works wonderfully with its gentle formula I wish the price point wasn't quite so high, as it's positioned at a premium level
