When my skin suddenly gets oily, it tends to cause breakouts. I use this consistently every morning, and honestly, I feel like something's missing when I don't apply it. The absorption is really good, though I wouldn't say it leaves my skin feeling super dewy or sticky. The amount feels a bit skimpy, and it doesn't provide as much hydration as I'd hoped.

I didn't really notice a calming effect, but my skin texture became noticeably smoother, and overall my complexion improved significantly! I didn't feel much of a soothing effect on my breakouts. Since my skin doesn't usually get blemishes, I guess I had a breakout that this product couldn't handle. I've gone through about three bottles now, and I have to say the packaging quality is absolutely fantastic. The size is perfect for carrying around with me wherever I go. First of all, it comes in a pump format, but since it doesn't separate, I end up throwing away product I can't use until the very end. For my skin, it feels way too oily and sticky.
