This aloe product is so much better than other brands I've tried, and the soothing effect is really impressive. It feels incredibly hydrating and has a wonderful cooling sensation that I absolutely love. This absorbs so much better than the aloe gel in that round container. The scent is both a strength and a weakness—it's identical to the emulsion body gel from the same line! It has this baby powder-like, almost yogurt-ish vibe that's pretty unique. If you love this particular scent, it's definitely a plus, but if you don't, it becomes a drawback. I've noticed that even within the same product line, different product types sometimes have different scents (like those yuzu products), but the formula quality here is seriously impressive. It's fine and does the job, but honestly, it's not the best aloe product I've tried, so I don't think I'll be repurchasing it. Apply the aloe gel and seal it with an oil layer on top.

This soothing gel actually cools down the heat fast and noticeably. It doesn't have that typical gel feeling of evaporating, and it doesn't feel tight even when I use it alone. The ingredients are great too, and I love how clean the packaging looks. The tube dispenses smoothly without any hassle. I was a bit hesitant about the price at first, but when you consider the amount you get and how well it actually works, it's honestly worth it. The only thing is that controlling how much comes out of the tube can be a little tricky sometimes. When my skin feels hot, I apply a generous layer and wait—the heat goes down and the redness calms right away. Or I can do it in two lighter layers, waiting for the first one to absorb before applying the second, and it works just as well for cooling things down.

When it comes to soothing gels, people usually go for aloe vera gel, but this one is really nice too! I love using it as a body moisturizer alternative during the summer. That said, other soothing gels are a bit cheaper, haha. If you're really looking for a gentle product, I'd definitely recommend buying this one.

You just flip and squeeze out what you need. ★While it does have a scent, it's only noticeable when you first apply it, and it's not irritating at all—it fades away quickly so you can use it without any worry. ★True to its name 'Dew Gel,' this formula is completely transparent with a crystal-clear water-like color and has a bouncy, non-dripping texture. ★Like most gels, it feels refreshingly cool when applied to skin, which makes it incredibly soothing for irritated or heated skin. ★It absorbs super fast and doesn't leave any sticky residue. ☆The flip-top cap design means you have to flip and squeeze to dispense the emulsion, but because it's a gel, it doesn't come out easily. The soft, tube-like body helps a bit, but it's still frustrating. ☆Here's another issue with the same cap design: when you close it, any product that's collected on the cap gets sealed in, and a tiny bit leaks out. You really need to wipe the opening carefully every time. ☆Even though it absorbs quickly, applying a generous amount still leaves your skin feeling a bit dry. ☆If you try layering it multiple times to fix that, it starts to pill. You have to get the amount right on the first application. ☆Mixing it with other products makes it pill even more. I tested it with whitening products, eye cream, snail cream, and stick formulas—every single one caused pilling, though the stick was slightly better. It's definitely a compatibility issue. ※Since pilling can happen, apply enough product in one go and then leave it alone. If you do this, you might wake up to beautifully smooth and silky skin after your morning cleanse. ※To minimize pilling, use a water-type toner first and apply this gel without layering anything else underneath. ※Interestingly, I never experienced any pilling when I applied it to my hands, arms, or legs. It actually works great as a body emulsion too.

What I love about this product is that it's noticeably less tacky and absorbs so quickly into the skin. The hydration is better than I expected too, leaving my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. The packaging is really inconvenient. Sometimes it feels like there's air trapped inside, and the product doesn't come out easily. When the jar gets lower, it becomes nearly impossible to dispense. I think a tube format would work so much better.
