I've repurchased this product countless times. My family has different hair and scalp types - oily scalp with dry hair, dry scalp with dry hair, and seborrheic scalp with damaged hair - and we've all settled on this one product. If I skip shampooing for just one day, my scalp gets greasy and smelly, so I used to rely on a minty shampoo for oily scalp. While it gave that refreshing cooling sensation, using it daily felt a bit harsh on my scalp and left my hair feeling stiff and rough. I used to think that using a weakly acidic shampoo on seborrheic scalp would be a disaster, but when a friend recommended it, I grabbed it during a sale and tried it. My scalp felt calm and soothed, and my hair didn't get that stiff feeling - instead it felt soft and smooth. Since then, I haven't switched back to any other shampoo and I've been using it consistently ever since. The only downside is the price, though you can work around that by buying during sales. I'm also not sure if people with extremely oily scalps would feel satisfied with the cleansing power. - mo*****Da khôDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất27/07/2024 (UTC+0)
This nourishing shampoo isn't as lightweight as you might expect. While it's not quite as silky as products with Moroccan oil, it's definitely richer and more substantial compared to anti-hair loss shampoos or those emphasizing a light feel. It's really better suited for the cooler autumn and winter months rather than summer when your scalp tends to feel heated and uncomfortable. Since I rinse thoroughly, I haven't experienced any flaking or dandruff issues. That said, I probably won't reach for this during the summer months. - ui********Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa mụnDa dị ứngLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toMẩn đỏTế bào da chết10/07/2024 (UTC+0)
I have sensitive skin and menthol-based ingredients don't work well for me. Looking back at previous reviews, I've seen others who had to visit a dermatologist because of menthol in shampoos from other brands. This shampoo does create great lather, leaves my hair feeling soft, doesn't irritate my scalp, and the hair loss reduction is actually pretty decent with noticeably less shedding. Those are honestly the only positives. I loved using Seedvi's intimate wash so much that I ended up buying their body wash, dew shampoo, and even their hair dye. I was genuinely committed to the Seedvi brand. Then I got curious about their Chaewudam shampoo, tried a sample, and my hair became softer with no scalp irritation, so I immediately purchased the full Chaewudam line and used it for about two months. Then the problems started around the second week of use. My face broke out in small, clear bumps and my cheeks became red and inflamed. I had just switched to a new cushion foundation around the same time, so I thought that might be the culprit and threw it away. Since I wasn't sure if the shampoo and conditioner were the problem, I kept using them for two whole months. Meanwhile, my skin kept getting redder, so I applied dermatologist-prescribed medication and steroid cream for almost two months. But there was no improvement, and now I'm experiencing side effects from the steroid cream. Even visiting the dermatologist and applying steroid cream made things progressively worse. I felt hopeless, wondering if I'd have to live like this forever. My skin wasn't just red anymore—it became rough and tight. The steroid cream side effects definitely played a role. I've included photos. I lived with that face for two months. One day, I suddenly thought... could it be the shampoo and conditioner? Could it be Chaewudam? So I looked up the ingredient list on a beauty site and found... menthol and even ingredients rated as dangerous hazards. I felt like I'd been hit in the back of the head. I trusted the Seedvi brand so much. I immediately stopped using it that day and switched to different shampoo and conditioner. After almost a week, the redness is starting to calm down a bit and my skin is gradually recovering. I'll post an update in a few weeks once my skin returns to normal. This might have been irritating only to me, and I'm sorry to Seedvi as a brand, but since this product caused me two months of emotional distress and forced me to use steroid cream long-term, I'm leaving this review. I've removed the purchase confirmation date to protect privacy. I do like Seedvi's dew line and their hair dye. If you have sensitive skin, absolutely don't use this. If you're sensitive to menthol, please don't use this at all. If your skin isn't easily irritated by anything, then I'd recommend it for the hair loss reduction and scalp comfort benefits. - wl*********Da khôBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenQuầng thâm mắtKhô từ bên trongĐược đề xuất02/07/2024 (UTC+0)
I picked this up during a great sale and have been using it regularly. Here's what I love about it: 1. My hair feels stronger and more voluminous My hair is naturally thin and lacks body, but after using this shampoo, my strands feel noticeably fuller and more resilient. 2. It's nourishing without being heavy I was worried it might feel greasy or sticky since it's a moisturizing shampoo, but my scalp stays fresh and balanced. No excess oil buildup at all! 3. My scalp feels calm and comfortable I usually get irritation and itching from heavily scented or specialized shampoos, but this one is so gentle. Even when I go to bed without blow-drying, there's no itching whatsoever. 1. Value for the price The price point is reasonable, especially since they run frequent sales. It's definitely worth grabbing when there's a discount. - 63*****Da hỗn hợpĐược đề xuất26/05/2024 (UTC+0)
First of all, the scent is absolutely lovely. I know fragrance is personal, but this one feels really luxurious and sophisticated. And my hair feels incredibly silky and smooth! So far, I haven't really found anything to complain about. I'm pretty much satisfied with it. - eu*********Da hỗn hợpDa mụnLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenLỗ chân lông toTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất10/12/2023 (UTC+0)
I love using this in winter because my scalp stays moisturized and hydrated instead of getting dry and flaky. I wish they'd release a larger size! Lots of brands are coming out with bigger bottles these days, and I'd really love to see this product in a jumbo size too. - ko******Da trung tínhDa mụn06/10/2023 (UTC+0)
The texture feels really nice to use. It doesn't have a strong scent, and it lathers up beautifully. I bought this as a great deal and have been using it, but suddenly I started getting so much dandruff. I was frustrated and did some research, and apparently this is a known issue. I'm really disappointed. - dm*****Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmQuầng thâm mắtMẩn đỏĐược đề xuất05/10/2023 (UTC+0)
It's simple and does the job well. No itching or irritation, which is great! The scent isn't really my thing. After washing, my hair feels stiff and uncomfortable. - ta*****Da khôDa nhạy cảm13/09/2023 (UTC+0)
If you have dry or damaged hair, this could be a great fit for you! I only used the shampoo and my hair felt so moisturized with this amazing coating sensation. However, if you have oily hair like me, the cleansing doesn't feel quite as effective. I bought this on sale, and while I have oily, sensitive hair, my scalp condition that had cleared up came back with a vengeance. My scalp was incredibly itchy and inflamed, and I even started getting flaking. Just like another reviewer mentioned, I developed irritation and actually had some bleeding. Dandruff appeared too, so after using it for a week, I switched to a different shampoo and things improved. I even broke out in pimples on my face. This just isn't the right product for me, and I won't be using it again. - qj********Da khôDa nhạy cảmDa mụnKhô từ bên trongNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồi05/09/2023 (UTC+0)
I picked up this shampoo at a great price through a discount deal and have been testing it out (with my own money). My skin type: My facial skin is extremely dry and sensitive, but my scalp is pretty neutral - it handles most products well without being overly oily or dry. How it feels: Even though this isn't marketed as an oil-control shampoo, I've been really happy with how it keeps my scalp from getting greasy throughout the day. That said, I can see how this might be a drawback for people with dry scalps. I also love that it doesn't have an overpowering scent - just a subtle, pleasant fragrance. One pump doesn't dispense a huge amount, but it creates tons of lather, so I think guys would really enjoy using this! To be honest, I found more things to complain about with this product. After I started using it, I began getting small breakouts around my scalp area, and they gradually spread down to my forehead. I even had to see a dermatologist, and that's when I found out the shampoo was the culprit. Once I switched to a different shampoo, the breakouts cleared up. Also, since one pump doesn't give me much product and I have thick, long hair, I end up pumping it three times per wash. Even though the total amount per bottle isn't huge, I find myself going through it pretty quickly. I'd recommend this to anyone whose scalp and skin aren't particularly sensitive and who tends to have oily hair!
