My skin is sensitive and prone to breakouts—once it gets irritated, I'm dealing with a flood of small bumps and the occasional inflamed blemish. I'm the type who breaks out easily with just any cleanser, but this one is so gentle that I absolutely love it. Especially when my skin is feeling reactive, just switching to this cleanser makes a noticeable difference. What really impressed me is how non-irritating it is. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight or stripped—it feels hydrated and comfortable instead. On makeup days, I use a cleansing oil first to remove makeup, then follow up with this as my second cleanse. It feels refreshing without being harsh at all. With its pH 6.0 slightly acidic formula, my skin feels calm and balanced even after washing. Finding the right cleanser has been such a struggle with sensitive skin, but I'm definitely planning to stick with this one for a while! I haven't noticed any downsides yet, but I should mention it's not really designed as a makeup remover. Though honestly, that makes sense given the slightly acidic pH.

It rinses away so cleanly too. What I love most is that it doesn't leave any residue or slickness behind, and my skin feels wonderfully hydrated. I barely need half a pump each time, so this bottle lasts me forever. I've used foaming cleansers before where I never felt like they were actually cleaning properly, so I'd always go back to bar soap. But this one is completely different. It genuinely feels like it's getting my skin clean. I really recommend it.
