I've been using this scrub for a long time and I'm really happy with it. When I use it consistently every other day, my dead skin gradually disappears. It doesn't deliver dramatic results. That said, I appreciate that it's not overly harsh or irritating on my skin.

It's so smooth and I really love it. Sol Therapy is gentle on my skin without any irritation, which is exactly what I needed. The texture is surprisingly soft for a scrub. This exfoliator really works! When you use a gentle touch, it's not irritating at all. For an even gentler experience, try dissolving it in water or warming it up with your hand heat before scrubbing—it makes a huge difference. It dissolves in water way too quickly. If it accidentally touches water, it basically turns into liquid right away. But if you scoop it out and apply it directly to your skin without waiting, it can feel pretty harsh. The scent is that classic, old-school cosmetics fragrance vibe—kind of retro! As a scrub product, it does what it's supposed to do really well. After using it, my skin feels incredibly smooth and soft. Unfortunately, it doesn't help with puffiness at all, and because it's salt-based, it's way too harsh and irritating for my skin. I think I need to switch to a sugar scrub instead.

The fragrance doesn't linger too long and only comes through subtly when I'm using it, which actually works perfectly for me since it's such a comforting scent. Even though my skin is quite sensitive, the exfoliating particles feel smaller and smoother when I'm actually using it compared to what I expected. When I roll it on gently without pressing too hard, there's no irritation at all. I also love how quickly the particles dissolve. It rinses off really cleanly with barely any residue left behind, so I'm very satisfied with this product. I absolutely love the scent of this scrub - it reminds me of a spa or bathhouse, which is so relaxing. Since I've been using it regularly, my back acne has really cleared up. It's become part of my routine now. The scent is absolutely lovely. I grabbed this during a sale, so I'm thrilled with the price too. Once the seasons start changing, I find myself reaching for salt scrubs pretty regularly, so I've already placed a second order. I wish there was more product. At 300 grams, it doesn't last very long. I'd really appreciate a larger size option. Once we hit the seasonal transitions, I'm using this about twice a week. It feels so much more refreshing than regular body wash. I love Sol Therapy's other scrubs, so I decided to try the pumpkin version this time. The scrub particles are the perfect size and I'm really happy with it! There's nothing I'm disappointed about. There's nothing I'm disappointed about.
