This product does an amazing job of removing dead skin and smells wonderful. I received this as a complimentary sample from Hwahae and wanted to share my thoughts! Texture: The formula contains charcoal powder, giving it a dark oil-like appearance. It has a sticky, tacky consistency with a generous amount of salt crystals that you can really feel. Scent: The fresh rose fragrance comes through subtly, and because the scent isn't overpowering, I can use this scrub for extended periods without getting a headache. The rose scent feels natural and elegant rather than artificial. After rinsing with water, there's no lingering fragrance. Usage Experience: Since it's a salt scrub with fine particles, it's not harsh on the skin. I personally prefer more intense exfoliation that feels like vigorous scrubbing, so the level of exfoliating sensation might vary from person to person. If you're like me and enjoy a stronger scrub, you might find this one gentle. That said, even though it's mild, the exfoliating results are solid. Compared to the same brand's Salty Honey product with fine particles, this one's granules last a bit longer. The oil feels incredibly smooth and silky with a pleasant warm sensation. After using it with the Brazilian method, my pores feel completely clear and unclogged. Even though the scrub itself is so soft and smooth, it does an amazing job of sloughing away dead skin cells. The scent is even better than I expected, and it works beautifully on my sensitive skin without any roughness or irritation. Plus, I got it at such a great price, so I'm really happy with this purchase! It's a bit smaller than I imagined, and honestly, the functionality doesn't impress me that much. Also, the color is kind of funny looking.
