It's basically a fizzy peach drink! When I was doing personal training, my trainer actually recommended kombucha to me all the time. At first, I thought it would taste like plain tea and wouldn't be great, but it's surprisingly sweet and delicious! Since it also helps with digestion, I'd definitely recommend it if you're trying to watch your weight. I honestly can't find any downsides to this drink. The price is affordable and it has minimal sugar content - it's the perfect beverage! Just think of it as something good for your body instead of a regular drink, and it's easy to enjoy. It tasted so bad that I struggled to get through it. I really wish I hadn't tried it. I drink kombucha regularly, so I decided to try the flat peach flavor and it's delicious! The disappointing part is that it doesn't taste quite like I expected. It just tastes like regular peach to me.
