I've been taking this to support circulation and eye health. I think I'll need to use it consistently to really see the results, but so far I'm happy with it. The price and amount seem fair for what you're getting. I don't really have any major complaints. I decided to purchase this with my circulatory health in mind. Of course, it was more about prevention than treatment. I've noticed a significant drop in my fatigue levels, and those frequent shoulder aches have really improved! The aftertaste and slightly fishy flavor are just something you have to accept, I guess. That's the one thing I wish were different about this product. Make sure to drink plenty of water when taking this. And remember, a supplement is just a supplement—it's not a cure-all.
