I'm not entirely sure if it's working yet, but I have a feeling I'll know better once I keep taking it consistently. That said, it does seem to be helping me maintain my results. The pill is a bit on the larger side, but it goes down fine, so I'm satisfied overall. There's not really much to complain about. I really appreciate that the package includes a sticker where I can write the opening date and usage instructions. To be honest, I can't really tell if my body fat has decreased, and I'm not sure if the digestive support is actually helping with post-meal fatigue. It releases as gas, so I understand that fat comes out too. But honestly, it seems fine for me. Could be a placebo effect though... It feels like I'm taking multiple tiny doses, which is kind of annoying, haha. I wish the concentration was stronger. Take it on days when you eat meat or greasy foods. After that, it works consistently.

The pills are quite thick and large, so I can't swallow all three at once. I didn't experience any heartburn or stomach discomfort after taking this at all!! The results are actually quite impressive. As long as you don't have a shellfish allergy, there really aren't any notable side effects to worry about, which is honestly a huge plus. To be honest, it seems to work better for lowering cholesterol than it does for actual weight loss. If you want to see real results with weight management, you'll need to combine this with other supplements and weight loss aids like chitosan, CLA, alpha-lipoic acid, orlistat, and garcinia.
