The capsule size is just right, making it easy to swallow, and one bottle lasted me about two months. When I take it regularly, I notice less puffiness and feel like my energy levels have improved. I wish this came in a larger size option, as the body fat reduction results are pretty subtle. It seems like you'd need to take it consistently over time to see real changes.

I'm on day four now, eating the same foods without exercise while taking this supplement, and honestly, I wouldn't say the results are dramatic. But what I really appreciate is that despite how much I'm eating, I'm not gaining weight either, which is great! Plus, it's just one small pill, so it doesn't feel heavy on my stomach and it's super easy to swallow! The instructions say to swallow it with water or chew it, but when I chew it, it keeps getting stuck between my teeth. The bitter taste is rough, and it feels like taking powdered medicine. The pills are small and easy to swallow. There's no unpleasant smell, and since they're compact, I don't have any trouble getting them down. With larger pills, I sometimes can't swallow them properly, which leaves a bitter taste in my mouth or makes my throat hurt, but these smaller ones don't cause any of those issues. I love that the pill is small and easy to take. The ingredients are really impressive too. It's a bit pricey at full cost, so I'd recommend waiting for a sale to grab it.

I got a great deal on this purchase. It's a solid product that works just fine for me. The results aren't as dramatic as I was hoping for, but the formula seems decent enough, so I'll keep using it consistently to see if it makes a difference.

I love how affordable this is! The results seem really effective, though I wish it were easier to carry around with me. There's nothing major to complain about, but it looks like you need to use it consistently for a while before you see the benefits.
