I'm prone to tonsillitis, oral inflammation, and cold sores, so I regularly use Manuka honey or propolis products. This one definitely helps with mouth sores. The taste is pleasantly sweet with a nice menthol flavor, so it's easy to use without any hesitation. I also appreciate that it comes in individual packets. My only wish is that the price were more affordable. I'd love to see it cost a bit less!
