This individually packaged version is so much better because the formula stays hygienic and maintains its original form. I also really appreciate that it includes selenium, which supports better sleep and overall wellness. 1. It comes in pill form, which makes it super convenient to take. 2. I can really feel it working, and the ingredients are fantastic. The price is pretty steep, so I'm not sure if I can keep using it regularly without breaking the bank. It's a solid sleep and wellness supplement, but the price point is a bit disappointing.
