It contains a lutein and zeaxanthin complex extract combined with vitamins A, C, and E, plus selenium, zinc, and copper to boost effectiveness. I'm taking it consistently to support my eye health. The capsules are currently made with gelatin, which comes from animal sources. This is a product my pharmacist recommended that I've been using. I discovered this brand through my pharmacy, and overall I really trust it because it doesn't cause any side effects. It's a reliable brand that I feel confident about, and they have sales pretty regularly so I stock up when I can. My eyes feel less dry and less tired than before, so I'm pretty satisfied with it. My mother started taking this on her eye doctor's recommendation, and she loves it so much that our whole family is using it together. I didn't realize it at first, but the price is quite steep. I deal with dry eyes and floaters, so I'm constantly battling eye fatigue. Whether it's a placebo effect or not, I'm not entirely sure, but I definitely notice a difference when I'm taking it compared to when I'm not. I'm committed to taking it regularly for my eye health. There's really nothing to complain about except that it's pricey. I've heard that it's best to take supplements with plenty of water, so I'm making a conscious effort to drink more water throughout the day when I'm taking it.
