As expected, since it's made for children, it tastes really good. I love that I can take it with me as a convenient vitamin supplement instead of worrying about packing snacks. Plus, it's perfect for when I don't have water on hand. The only downside is the price point. If it were more affordable, I'd definitely buy it more often, but that's a shame.
