The cooling effect is really nice—I love using it when my face feels warm and flushed. Since it comes with an ampoule, I applied the ampoule first, then layered the mask on top, and after removing the mask, I applied more ampoule for extra nourishment. My skin didn't feel irritated at all. I have sensitive skin and I found that the Mediheal Madecassoside line works beautifully for me! The modeling mask in particular calmed my skin quickly and effectively. The instructions say to remove the mask after 15 minutes, but it seems like sticking to that timing is really important! At first, I didn't know any better and left it on until it dried completely. When I took it off, my skin looked blotchy and irritated. Make sure you follow the 15-minute timing exactly!

Thanks to the madecassoside, redness and irritation noticeably decrease, and after removing the mask, my skin feels smooth and settled. The hydration lasts so much longer than regular sheet masks, and my makeup applies beautifully the next day. It feels like getting a spa treatment at home, so I'm really satisfied with it. The mask sets faster than I expected, so it was a bit tricky to apply at first. I wish it would set a little more slowly. Since it's single-use, it's somewhat inconvenient to use regularly, but the results are so good that I definitely want to use it the night before important events. Mix it with cool water for an even better cooling effect! If you apply the leftover essence after the mask, the hydration lasts much longer.
