I couldn't wear any lipstick or tint because of my chapped lips, and even lip balm would irritate my lips. After using this lip balm, my lips finally calmed down. It's been over a year now, and whenever I try other lip products, they still sting, but this one causes absolutely no irritation at all. I honestly haven't found any downsides. Sweet and slightly tangy scent. The texture feels like an oil-based cream. It stays on your skin without drying out quickly, and the hydration is excellent. The packaging is plastic. If you dislike that oily feeling on your skin, this product might continue to bother you. I use it as a substitute hand cream when I'm out and about without one. This is exactly the ideal lip balm I've been looking for! I apply it to my dry, chapped lips and within moments they feel incredibly soft and hydrated. The scent is absolutely perfect for my taste. I really recommend giving this a try! If I had to point out a downside, the fragrance is nice but the flavor isn't quite my preference, and the price is quite steep. Honestly, the cost is the biggest concern for me.
