My skin has been really reactive and struggling to recover, so I've been trying many different products. This cleansing water is gentle and removes makeup effectively, which is exactly what I need from a cleanser. Of course, I don't expect it to transform my skin or provide any special treatment benefits. There's really nothing to complain about. The bottle is generously sized, so it lasts a long time. I've been using this product for about 4 years now, and I absolutely love it. Seriously, I really do. After laser treatment, I couldn't do my regular cleansing routine, so I would soak gauze with this product and gently pat my face clean. My skin feels no irritation whatsoever, and it cleanses beautifully. I don't even need to rinse with water afterward, which has been such a lifesaver. The formula is perfect, and the gentle yet effective cleansing is just amazing. It doesn't sting at all—I honestly can't say enough good things about it. There's nothing bad about it. This is such a great product. You should definitely try it. I used to use cleansing oil, but since I have oily skin, I broke out, so I switched to a water-based cleanser. This one removes makeup so cleanly and my skin feels so much better with it. It really does a great job wiping away impurities. I'm definitely going to keep using it. The only thing is, after cleansing, I use it as an exfoliating toner, and it feels a bit odd to use as just a toner alone. After a little while, there's a slightly sticky, tight feeling to it. But honestly, it's still amazing. I love using this in the morning without a foam cleanser - it's perfect for a light rinse Even though it says you don't need to rinse, if you don't wash it off with water, it feels really sticky and uncomfortable

When you're unsure what gentle means, try other regular products and your skin will tell you the difference. The large size is fantastic. Minimal eye irritation. Great value for money. Even if the price seems high compared to rock-bottom deals elsewhere, when you factor in the quality ingredients and official pricing, it's absolutely fair. It's not completely free from eye irritation. (Though the lack of irritation isn't necessarily because the formula is superior - it's more about how it compensates for that. Either way, anything that gets in your eyes can cause discomfort, so irritating or not, the outcome is the same.) I switched from Bioderma and Uriage cleansing waters to this product because I wanted to avoid harsh ingredients and get better value for my money. I'm already on my third bottle! Since I have oily skin and don't wear heavy makeup, this cleansing water works perfectly as my first cleanse step. It gently exfoliates, feels gentle on my skin, and removes makeup so effectively. I absolutely love it! I wish the price were a bit lower, but considering it doesn't use cheap chemical ingredients, I think this price point is actually quite reasonable. Pro tip: Pre-soak the easy pads that just came out and store them. It makes using this product so much more convenient! I highly recommend getting the easy pads too!
