I've been using this product for years and keep coming back to it! Honestly, I used to think toners were just watery products and didn't use them regularly. But this one is different because it contains job's tears, and it works amazingly well for my skin. After applying this toner and letting it absorb, my skin feels plump and nourished, and with consistent use, my complexion becomes noticeably brighter! I haven't experienced any breakouts or irritation at all. Everyone knows that job's tears are great for treating blemishes and brightening skin, right? If you have oily or dehydrated skin like me, I think you'll absolutely love this. It's like a nourishing toner that really fills your skin with hydration and care. I'm definitely going to keep using this regularly! I haven't found anything disappointing about it so far, and I don't think I will in the future either. Love it! This product feels so hydrating and really helps with that inner dryness. I use it right after cleansing and again before applying my makeup! It's just okay, nothing special really. The hydration is nice, but that's pretty much all it does. If you layer it by applying it twice, you get an incredibly moisturizing effect.

My cheeks swelled up so much they felt puffy, the heat and irritation were almost unbearable, and my skin was so sensitive I couldn't apply anything else. This was the only product that didn't cause pain, so I soaked cotton pads in it and left them on my face for a few days. Thankfully, my skin recovered beautifully without any damage. If you're struggling with dehydrated skin or tightness, you really need to use a hydrating toner like this one. Thicker, creamy toners should come after this water-based formula. That's how you open up your skin's moisture pathways and solve that inner dryness. It really works! The only downside is that it's a Japanese product. I wish there was a comparable option from our own country. When using a beauty device, start by misting this product generously across your entire face using a spray bottle, then let it absorb completely. Trust me, that dehydrated feeling disappears! The job's barley extract helps cool down your skin and replenish moisture. This water really delivers hydration to the skin. If you have problematic skin like mine with enlarged pores, fine lines, breakouts, and combination skin issues, this alone won't be enough for you. I use this and layer it with a vitamin C serum. When I wake up in the morning, it really helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. Overall, it's a solid moisturizer. Don't skip out on using other products alongside it. It's not sufficient for dull or oily skin. You'll need additional products to achieve proper hydration. I apply it with my hands and sometimes with a cotton pad. Both methods work fine. I've been using the Hatomugi skin toner and cream for a while now, and I'm really happy with how much they've calmed my skin down. Plus, there's barely any sticky residue, which is great. The toner especially has such a lightweight, watery texture that I was honestly wondering if it would actually hydrate my skin, but it totally does the job. Since the toner itself has such a watery consistency, I've noticed that when I apply just the toner in the morning and then go straight to sunscreen, my skin feels pretty dry as the seasons change. Just applying the toner alone leaves my skin incredibly hydrated and dewy. I honestly forget to even use my cream moisturizer afterward! I really can't find any downsides. The generous size makes it so easy to apply generously, and I love how much product I get to work with. It doesn't seem to work well with exfoliating toners. When I use it after an exfoliating toner, my skin feels too dry. I've been using this product for 6 years now... As someone with extremely dry and sensitive skin, I absolutely love it. I'm never switching to anything else, seriously! There's nothing I'd complain about, just wish you'd make more of this product, haha!
