I grabbed this because the formula and color are absolutely gorgeous. That said, when I apply it over my base, it comes out more intense than I expected. It seems to work better as an accent rather than an all-over base color. Honestly, there's nothing major to complain about. The portability is great too. If I really had to nitpick, maybe the finish could be smoother?

Let's be honest about the facts first - this stick formula has a tacky texture. Yes, it's sticky, but here's the upside: it feels incredibly moisturizing and stays dewy even after hours of wear. In other words, you get that sticky sensation from start to finish. Despite that, it deserves a 4-star rating because the dewy, luminous finish is absolutely gorgeous, and the color payoff is stunning - whether you want a sheer, transparent pink or a bold, vibrant pink. Since this is a sticky stick formula, if you apply it directly to your face, the foundation will pick up on the tacky texture and smudge or wipe away. You'll either need to use a tool, or if that's not an option, apply it to your fingertip first and then gently tap it onto your face to avoid disturbing your base or causing any issues. Honestly, using a soft, flexible latex sponge seems like the best approach.
