Natural, Beautiful Wear I don't do touch-ups during the day, and honestly, other cushions look pretty rough by the time I leave work. But this one actually breaks down beautifully with a subtle glow. It looks even better in the afternoon than it does in the morning, haha! 4. Puff Do they sell the puff separately? I checked their website and unfortunately they don't offer it as a standalone product. The puff is incredibly bouncy and dense—forget about regular sponges! With other puffs, it feels like the puff is absorbing the foundation, but with this one, it feels like you're pressing the product onto your skin. If you have dry skin, I'd suggest trying something else. This cushion is slightly powdery with great coverage, so it's going to be amazing for combination, oily, and normal skin types. But if you have dry skin, you might find it feels a bit too drying. If you don't do touch-ups throughout the day, don't overthink it—just try this! First, now that we can go out without masks, I'm finally ready to wear color cosmetics again after barely using any makeup for years. Plus, since I love white bedding and towels, the white case immediately caught my eye. Here's what I noticed while using it: Case. The square white case feels so clean and polished—I'm really happy with it. The case texture is matte like a pear, so it's not difficult to wipe clean. The matte finish means cushion and powder formulas wipe away easily. That said, tinted products might stain the case. Scent. The fragrance is surprisingly fresh for a cosmetic product. It's not the typical powder scent you'd expect—it's something more refreshing. Personally, I don't mind it at all. Color. Up to shade 21C, the color feels comfortable and not too light. When I ordered, I only looked at the warm and cool options and chose Fair, but I'm wondering if other brands' shade 17 or even lighter shades might be more accurate. This was purely my ordering mistake. For me, it's way too light—it looks white like rice cake. Contouring helps a bit. By the way, the product description on the website is clearer than the one here. I'm not sure why the description was shortened... I actually went back to the website after receiving the product thinking, "What did I misunderstand?" Application. When I dab it on my face with the puff, it applies with a cool, refreshing feel. Since my skin barrier is compromised and I struggle with dryness, I prioritize hydration above all else. This cushion hydrates well, applies smoothly without lifting, and feels great. The cushion isn't completely matte—it has a slightly dewy finish. Coverage. My skin gets dry and flushed sometimes, and I have visible capillaries on my cheeks that give a reddish or pinkish tone. Lighter coverage products sometimes can't cover redness as well as they cover spots and blemishes, but even though the Tfit Fair shade is too light for me, it still covers my redness to some degree. Puff. I usually buy replacement puffs separately for foundations, powders, and cushions. This puff feels thick and soft—I'm happy with it. I especially like that the adhesive strip on the side isn't stiff or sharp, though the size is small so I'll probably only use it on the go. The sponge that holds the product also has good elasticity. I keep this nearby during my test period, and honestly, the case looks so clean and pretty every time I see it. Since I haven't used it many times yet, I don't have any complaints. Aside from ordering the wrong shade, which is too light, I'm using it well. My skin suddenly became dry and sensitive, so I found that applying a thin layer after exfoliating and hydrating works best. For spots and redness, layering thin applications works well. After a while, it sets slightly matte, but if you don't finish with powder, you can easily touch up or reapply whenever needed. The attached photos show the product unboxing. I absolutely love the Too Cool for School Art Class de Tint Fixing Cover Cushion and use it all the time. Shade and Pores I thought this shade would match my skin tone compared to the other three options, but surprisingly it looked way too light? I regretted not applying for the WOO shade, but when I actually put it on my face, it wasn't nearly as white as I expected and gave a natural brightening effect. This product feels hydrating when you first apply it, but as time goes on, it sets so well that you don't even need powder. So when I first apply it, I really love how well it covers my pores. Longevity Every time I use a cushion or foundation, I worry about darkening because I hate how my face looks a bit dull when it gets darker than when I first applied it. But this cushion really lasts a long time. Even when I wore a mask, it didn't feel too heavy. And I didn't need to do any touch-ups, which was great! After about 7 to 8 hours, only the mask line area gets slightly worn away, so I only need to touch up that part. For touch-ups though, it's not ideal because it feels a bit flaky, so I actually find Too Cool for School much easier for reapplication. Still, the longevity and how lightly it sits on the face compared to other cushions, plus the fact that the darkening isn't severe and actually matches my skin tone a bit better, made it work well for me. And it's lighter than the Too Cool for School Fixing Cover Cushion that I use all the time, so it's great to carry around! The case is lightweight and looks more refined than other cushions, but I'm worried the button part that opens when you drop it might break easily. Since I'm someone who drops cushions often, I feel a bit anxious carrying it around. When I first applied it to my skin, it didn't feel like an immediately-setting dry cushion but rather felt a bit hydrating, which wasn't bad. Even though I have combination oily skin, if you don't prep your base well, there might be some lifting. When I first applied it, it felt hydrating, and if I touched my face with my hand at that point, it would leave slight marks. Even so, once it sets, there's no transfer, but after it fully sets, people with dry skin might feel it's too dry. For people with dry skin, I think this product will work well if you really prep your base thoroughly before using it. Since it's a dry-skin cushion, after it sets, if you gently press with the puff, the texture becomes a bit more pronounced.
