I was disappointed with the La Roche-Posay B5 cream because it left a heavy white cast like sunscreen and felt thick when applied, but this one has much less white cast and spreads so much more smoothly on the skin. I didn't really see any noticeable results, and after it absorbs, it just leaves behind an oily residue, so I've stopped using it. I didn't want to waste it, so I've been using it on my neck and the back of my hands instead.

It does have a slightly thick feeling to it, but it really does deliver on clearing up breakouts.
