It applies smoothly without any fallout, and the adhesion is fantastic. From my experience, once you apply it and head out, your eyes will sparkle all day long. If you just swipe the surface with your finger and place it on the center of your lid, you can apply just the glitter, but if you go heavier, the base color comes through too, giving you an even more glamorous eye look. Glitter Lock for cool undertones Lavender base with silver glitter The base color comes through more intensely than expected, but the shimmer is so dazzling that it almost completely covers it. The base looks like it's coming through as brown, but when you see it shine lavender under light, you know it's definitely a lavender silver glitter. Just look at the glitter density in the fifth photo—you can't help but fall in love with it. This product went out of stock everywhere online and offline for a while, then came back, and I happened to discover it right then. I ended up hunting through five different Olive Young locations offline to finally get my hands on it. But honestly, I have zero regrets because the luminosity and color are unmatched by any domestic brand. If you're a glitter lover, I really think you should have at least one shade from the Moondust line in your collection. The base color does tend to apply more intensely than you might expect. Glitter Luck is the only hit from the Wonderdust series - I've repurchased twice this spring. Pros: 1. The transparent base with glitter on top gives such a clean, sparkly vibe. Unlike other pearl products where the base color can look off, this one feels genuinely see-through and fresh. 2. The sparkle is seriously gorgeous - Glitter Luck and Mephisto Diamond are my favorite shimmery formulas, but this one wins on portability. 3. Just swipe it on your lids and lower lash line and even clumsy hands can create those gorgeous, dewy eyes. Final thoughts: transparent finish, amazing sparkle, but tough to remove. Would definitely repurchase. The removal is really challenging. It can look quite intense and heavy, so if you're planning to wear this for everyday looks, try to minimize how much of that base color shows through. I already love the Urban Decay Glitter Eyeliner, and this one is just as great. Even with just one swipe, it sparkles beautifully and looks stunning. The cool-toned pink glitter is so glamorous and eye-catching. On my lids, it acts like a shadow, but I barely notice any fallout or dryness, which is amazing. It might seem like too much for everyday wear, but if you control the amount and use just a little, it works perfectly. I actually preferred using it sparingly. Plus, the long shelf life makes me really happy. It also cleanses off easily, which is a huge bonus. This eyeshadow is absolutely stunning with such a gorgeous sparkle and amazing color payoff. I used to be loyal to a cool-toned pink with gold pearl for about three years, but after borrowing my sister's version of this, I switched over immediately. While it's definitely a splurge, one swipe gives you such a bright, radiant shimmer that it's totally worth the investment. I think I'll be able to use this for quite a long time. Honestly, there's really nothing wrong with it, but if I had to nitpick, the shimmer is so intense that you need to be careful with how much you apply, especially near the inner corner of your eye. That's really the only thing I can think of. Despite the incredible glitter effect, there's barely any fallout, which is fantastic. Apply a base first, then dab this shade right in the center of your eyelid and use a thin brush to gently tap it along your lower lash line. This creates a beautiful focal point that really makes your eyes pop.
