It has cool undertones, but it works beautifully with neutral looks too. The applicator tip is huge - I've never seen anything like it in all my years of wearing makeup. Honestly, the size makes it so easy to apply, and I'm actually loving that about it. The scent isn't really doing it for me. It's not like it smells bad or anything, but it's definitely not a pleasant fragrance either.
