I've noticed so many people looking for dual-tone liners lately, and I was thrilled when Touche released this dual-type version! I had to grab it right away. What I love most is that one liner lets you create two completely different looks. It's incredibly convenient! I used the lighter shade on my under-eye area for a softer look, and the deeper shade as my main eyeliner. If you follow the tips below, I'm confident you'll be just as happy with this product. Honestly, I usually avoid brush-tip liners because they can feel too bold and dramatic for my taste, so I typically reach for pencil liners instead. But with this dual-tone liner at 30% and 70% intensity, I found myself enjoying the brush-tip application way more than expected! Since one product gives you so many makeup possibilities, I'd definitely recommend this if you're someone who regularly uses brush-tip liners or if any of the techniques I mentioned match your usual makeup routine. I really couldn't find any downsides, but if I had to nitpick... the brown shade has a slight khaki undertone to it? That's honestly about it. The photos show exactly what you get. You can use the 30% lighter shade on your outer corner, inner triangle, under-eye area, and to extend your eyelid crease line. The 70% deeper shade works beautifully as an under-lash liner and main eyeliner. Plus, you can use it to add freckles, tear moles, or define your brows for extra dimension!
