I've been using this since early October 2024 through now in November 2025, and what I love most is how lightweight it feels and how well it tackles dehydration. It has more hydration than that greasy shine, and it doesn't pill or clump even when I apply it during my skincare routine before makeup. I have combination skin—my T-zone gets oily while my cheeks are dry, and I especially struggle with deep dehydration that made me uncomfortable even after applying makeup. But this Beyond Angel Aqua Essence emulsion is so gentle and really addresses that inner dryness beautifully. I'm particularly impressed with how smoothly it glides on and leaves my skin feeling perfectly soft and matte. I haven't really found any downsides yet. The lightweight formula feels like it would work great for oily skin types too. I love how quickly this absorbs and applies so smoothly without feeling heavy! If you have oily skin, this is absolutely perfect for summer use. I picked this up on the recommendation of a staff member at Olive Young for the first time, and I really loved how smoothly it applies and how gentle it is on my skin. As someone with dry skin, I have to say it feels incredibly hydrating and nourishing. I have oily skin and this product is absolutely amazing! I haven't experienced any breakouts at all, the excess shine is barely noticeable, it keeps my skin's moisture and oil perfectly balanced, and I was thrilled to see my acne scars start to fade. There's really nothing negative to mention. If I had to nitpick, it's just that the brand isn't as well-known, so there aren't as many customer reviews available. None
